Osca Services is a registered business providing the highest quality of garment ironing to customers in Melbourne.
Osca Services provides courses and professional training in the skill of hand ironing.
Currently, Osca Services is recruiting for extra ironers to join the Osca Professional Ironing Team in Bulleen, Melbourne from Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Four Steps to successfully gaining a full time ironing position with Osca Services :

Each applicant must attend. Applicants will be required to iron a cotton business shirt to show and demonstrate their ironing ability. The best applicants will be given the opportunity to receive one week of Basic Osca Ironing Training for free. |

| 2 | "Basic Osca Ironing Training" | |
|
Applicants who do well in the Skill Test will be given the opportunity of one week (15 hours) of free Basic Osca Ironing Training to become 'Job Ready' before joining the Osca Ironing Team. During the training period, applicants will be taught the basic techniques of ironing various garments the 'Osca Way'. During training, applicants will be assesed for various 'job' requirements. Punctuality, attention to detail, ability to learn new tasks, speed, technique, presentation and such. On completion of the training week, the most successful applicant will be fiven the opportunity of a starting position with the Osca Ironing Team. Training sessions run over 5 consecutive evenings from Monday to Friday, between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. |

| 3 | "Starting Position" | |
| During the first three months of starting with Osca Services, the successful applicant will work with the Osca Ironing Team on a probationary basis whilst continuing to learn further skills required for a permanent position. | ||

| On successful completion of the probationary period as a valued team member and skilled ironer, the probationary trainee will be offered a full time Professional Ironer position with Osca Services. | ||
